The contract will be awarded by the client Acque Bresciane Srl also in the name and on behalf of controlling, controlled and / or associated companies, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 2359 of the civil code, or in any case participated, on the basis of intra-group contractual relations.

Pursuant to art. 35, c. 4 of the contract code, the total value of the tender procedure, indicated in points II.1.5) and II.2.6) of this announcement, taking into account any options or renewals of the contract, is EUR 13 643 713.00 ( thirteen thousand six hundred forty-three thousand seven hundred and thirteen / 00) excluding VAT - given by the sum of the following items:

- Acque Bresciane Srl: amount based on tender (24 months): EUR 10 318 000.00 + extension option (6 months): EUR 2 579 500.00,

- Cogeme SpA: amount based on the tender (24 months): EUR 173 195.00 + extension option (6 months): EUR 43 299.00,

- Cogeme Nuove Energie Srl: amount based on the tender (24 months): EUR 128 975.00 + extension option (6 months): EUR 32 244.00,

- Gandovere Depurazione Srl: amount based on the tender (24 months): EUR 294 800.00 + extension option (6 months): EUR 73 700.00.
