First Wessex requires the prospective supplier to take ownership of the Heat and Water metering for tenants in the Mayflower Development, Southampton. This shall include:

— Full metering and billing service for water and heat to all First Wessex's residential customers in the Mayflower Development;

— Service shall include the provision and installation of appropriate metering and credit devices and the provision of billing services where required;

— Provision of a Call Centre and customer backup services for First Wessex's residential customers in the Mayflower Development with respect to the above services;

— Maintenance service for the heat and water metering;

— Provide maintenance servicing for the above, in the buildings common areas.
