4. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT:
4.1. As part of the contract, the contractor will be obliged to perform round-the-clock removal of electrical installation failures and their consequences together with post-installation works, ad hoc protection of installations and facilities when they threaten failure, performance of repair and maintenance services in the electrical industry on behalf of DOM "Wiśniowa"
i.e. performing repair services of electrical installations and equipment reported by DOM "Wiśniowa" together with post-installation works and performing other repair services reported by DOM "Wiśniowa" both in relation to buildings and field equipment, as well as performing electrical measurements" in the period from the day following the date of signing the contract, but not earlier than from 01.08.2023 to 31.07.2024.
4. 2. The scope of the contract includes the following activities performed on written order of DOM "Wiśniowa":
4.2.1 round-the-clock removal of failures and their consequences, ad hoc protection of installations and facilities when they threaten to fail,
4.2.2 performing repair and maintenance services in the electrical industry, i.e. performing repair services for electrical installations and devices reported by DOM "Wiśniowa" together with post-installation works,
4.2.3. performing other repair services reported by DOM "Wiśniowa" both in relation to buildings and field equipment,
4.2.4. performing electrical and lightning protection measurements as well as periodic five-year inspections of electrical installations of buildings in accordance with the requirements of Article 62 of the Construction Law Act of 7 July 1994 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 682, as amended – hereinafter: Construction Law),
4.2.5. performing an annual inspection of elements exposed to atmospheric effects,
4.2.6. performing an annual inspection of fire alarm devices and systems, including, m.in. PWP current fire circuit breakers, emergency evacuation lighting,
4.2.7. maintenance of intercoms in the scope of removing breaks and short circuits in the door entry installation: replacement of damaged components and elements that do not bear signs of destruction, devastation,
4.2.8. Electrical installation work in municipal premises and work on the low-voltage network for computers and telephones
at the Ordering Party's headquarters,
4.2.9. reporting to DOM "Wiśniowa" noticed irregularities in the functioning of the electrical and lightning protection installation,
4.2.10.Round-the-clock ambulance services on all days of the week
(including holidays),
4.2.11. performing other remaining works commissioned by the Ordering Party
in connection with the subject matter of the contract
