The subject of the Order is: Execution of design documentation for the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of the gas network in msc. Gdynia Wiczlińska Street, fr. 66, 67, 95; UP/00443163

Material scope:

- gas pipeline dn 63 L = 75,0mb

- connection dn 32 L = 13.0 pcs 3

Based on the conditions of connection to the gas network, as set out in Annex 2 to the contract.

1) the implementation of the construction project, the executive and the object of the works for the task of the following: “The execution of the project documentation for the construction of the construction of the gas network in msc. Gdynia street Wiczlińska, p. 66, 67, 95; UP/00443163", based on the conditions of connection in Annex 2 to the Agreement.

2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining on behalf of and for the Employer, from the competent authority, the final building permit decision;

3) execution of the investor's cost estimate;

4) exercising author's supervision.
