The municipality of Barßel intends to build a new town hall and community center in two construction phases on the site of the town hall on Theodor-Klinker-Platz. The existing town hall is to be demolished in the course of a 2nd construction phase. The adjacent parking area and the arrangement of the green spaces will also be redesigned.
