Contract for periodic checks and maintenance of sprinkler automatic water extinguishing systems at the Rungis International Market

This contract covers the maintenance, servicing and inspection of automatic sprinkler water systems present on the Rungis International Market.

The Data Controller will be responsible for the preventive maintenance of the equipment based on systematic visits that allow the control and monitoring of the equipment according to the APSAD R1 standard. This maintenance will be weekly, semi-annually, annually and triennially.

The contract entails an obligation of result relating to the maximum permanent availability of the installations covered by the contract.

The Account Holder will also be responsible for on-call repairs and remedial repairs from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. To this end, the market includes a BPU for unpredictable orders and a repair account. The amount of the latter is set at €50K excluding VAT. It will allow the carrying out of repairs for which the unit amount established at the BPU will be less than €1,500 excluding VAT (supply and labour).

The RUNGIS MIN is made up of about 140 buildings, about 45 of which are protected against fire by a sprinkler system (water, air and glycol). The entire site facility includes an underground water distribution network of more than 8 kms and overpressurized by 4 APSAD-approved water sources. Type B water sources ensure the maximum flow rate imposed by the R1 rule, i.e. 30l/m²/min. The buildings are covered by about 200 SPRINKLER substations, 120,000 heads and about 300 km of secondary networks.

Maintenance concerns approximately 45 buildings, i.e. approximately:

- 200 sprinkler stations,

- 120,000 sprinkler heads,

- 300 km of secondary networks,

- 4 water source rooms with water reserves,

- an underground water distribution network from type B water sources of more than 8 km.

The services to be provided include:

- Preventive maintenance of equipment based on systematic visits that allow the control and monitoring of equipment according to the APSAD R1 standard. This maintenance will be weekly, semi-annual, annual and triennial.

- Corrective and curative maintenance.

The repair account is monitored daily between the Account Holder and SEMMARIS.

The market includes a mandatory on-site presence from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. as well as on-call duty for the winter period from November 15 to March 15.

The market also incorporates 3 options:

Option 1: Annual flat rate for the regulatory periodic inspection of sprinkler installations, allowing the Q1/APSAD certificate to be issued for all buildings,

Option 2: Annual fixed rate for periodic Q5/APSAD verification of RIA technical installations according to the APSAD R5 standard for protected buildings according to the "trilogy",

Option 3: Annual Q5/APSAD periodic inspection package for RIA technical installations according to the APSAD R5 standard for other buildings.
