1. The subject of the contract for this tender procedure is: delivery of medical apparatus and equipment for the Military Medical University Hospital – Central Veterans Hospital in Łódź, hereinafter referred to as the Goods/Equipment, meeting the description and limit parameters specified in the Appendix "Technical Parameters" - Appendix 1a to the "Offer Form" and in accordance with the assortment and quantities specified in the Assortment and Price Form constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference, as well as in accordance with the Appendix "Terms and Conditions of Warranty and Service" - Appendix 1b to the "Offer Form".
