The subject of the procurement is the design, which must be carried out in accordance with the contract, the Technical Specification, taking as a basis the document developed by SIA "Grupa93" "Feasibility study of the recovery and resilience facility project "Creation of mobility point infrastructure in the Riga metropolitan area – "Carnikava""" and the design work task included therein (unless otherwise specified in this technical specification), technical regulations, Latvian state standards, Latvian construction standards, etc. c. applicable laws and regulations, including LVS 190-10:2007 "Regulations for the Design of Pedestrian Crossings", Specifications for Road Construction Works approved by VISA "Latvian State Roads" insofar as it relates to the project.
