the holder of the lot will be responsible for the writing, design and production of the newsletter of the Municipality of Saint-André.The holder works in conjunction with the communication department of the municipality to define the editorial line and the railway of each edition of the municipal bulletin. The service provider provides one or more article writers, whose validation is submitted to the City of Saint-André, before formatting and layout. In addition, the communication department of the City of Saint-André provides the holder with text, photos and illustrations of his choice and retains full responsibility for their inclusion in publications. The holder must write journalistically the articles on the documentary background provided.the holder of the lot will also be responsible for editing the municipal newsletters of information (including any supplements) a presence and immersion in the territory ...
