1. 2. The Contractor shall be bound by the tender for 90 days from the date of expiry of the deadline for submitting tenders, the first day of the deadline for binding the tender shall be the date on which the submission of tenders expires, i.e. until 26.03.2022.

3. The proceedings shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for the so-called 'reverse procedure' referred to in Article 139 (1), (3) to (4) of the PZP.

4. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of the award of the basic contract. The scope of the services subject to these orders shall not exceed 50% of the value of this order.
