1. The subject of the contract is: Organization and conduct of vocational courses improving the competences and / or professional qualifications of students of vocational education schools from the Opolskie Voivodeship - as part of the project entitled "Opole vocational education for the labor market - 2" (sub-measure 9.2.1 rpo WO for the years 2014 - 2020), co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund, divided into parts, i.e.:
1) part no. 1: Course entitled "Advanced techniques of computer graphics design CorelDraw and Adobe Photoshop" for students from the Construction School Complex in Opole;
2) part No. 2: Course entitled "Operation of a lift truck with a mechanical lifting drive, trolleys with a boom and trolleys with a person operating lifted with the load" for the Vocational School Complex in Olesno.
2. A detailed description and method of performing the contract is contained in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No. 1A-1B to the SWZ – according to the part.
Course entitled "Advanced techniques of computer graphics design CorelDraw and Adobe Photoshop" for students from the Construction School Complex in Opole1. 2. Number of hours and duration of the course:
The cycle of classes within the course should include at least 50 lesson hours (45 minutes each), in the practical and theoretical part.
3. Number of participants directed to the course:
- minimum 7 students,
- maximum 12 students.
4. Deadline for performance of the subject of the contract: up to 150 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
Course entitled "Operation of a lift truck with a mechanical lifting drive, boom trucks and trolleys with a lifting person with a load" for the Glass Assembly [..] in Olesno1. A detailed description and method of performance of the contract is contained in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1B to the SWZ.
2. Number of hours and duration of the course:
The course training cycle should include at least 84 lesson hours, including:
1) at least 54 hours of theoretical classes,
2) at least 30 hours of practical classes, including:
• 18 hours of classes on a forklift truck,
• 12 hours of classes on a specialized wheelchair with a telescopic load.
Practical classes should take place with a certified driving instructor on various types of forklifts.
3. Number of participants directed to the course:
- minimum 5 students,
- maximum 10 students.
4. Deadline for performance of the subject of the contract: up to 150 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
