The purpose of this contract, regardless of the specialty of each resource, is the integral management of a socio-labor insertion program and an educational group attached to the Madrid Community Agency for the Reeducation and Reintegration of the Minor Offender and the entities for the attention of minors / young people to whom juvenile judges have agreed to judicial measures not deprived of liberty, called open media and those who have to carry out extrajudicial tasks and reparation activities, as well as other activities related to the reintegration of minors, provided for in the Organic Law 5/2000, of January 12, Regulator of the Criminal Responsibility of Minors, and their modifications and subsequent developments.

In turn, the object of the contract includes all activities aimed at preventing the social exclusion of minors and young people during and after compliance with the judicial measure, for which the winning entity must have certain additional resources oriented to this objective. These activities may also be minor derivatives with internment measures whose regime permits and is appropriate to the objectives of the individualized intervention program.
