The purpose of this intellectual services contract is to entrust a project management mandate. It is carried out in accordance with the provisions of article L. 2422-5 of the public order code. The purpose of the latter is to entrust to the agent, who accepts it, the task of carrying out the demolition and reconstruction of the Marcel Pagnol school group on behalf of the Municipality of Pradet. The contracting authority is the owner of the existing buildings and of the land and will make them available to the agent as soon as this agreement comes into force. The program of the operation and its envelope are fixed by deliberation of the municipal council nº 21-DCM-DGS-007 dated 8.2.2021.
