The subject of the contract is the design, delivery and installation of heat pumps together with a photovoltaic installation in the Białaczów Commune, which is implemented as part of the project "Exchange of heat sources in the Białaczów Commune".
Design, delivery and installation of heat pumps with photovoltaic installation in the Białaczów Commune, including, in particular:
1) development of individual projects for individual locations along with obtaining the decisions of the architectural and construction administration body required by law, including: notification of construction works, building permits, if required and other decisions, permits, arrangements, notifications required by law),
2) replacement of 37 pieces of domestic heating systems consisting in dismantling the current heating source and installing a low-emission heating source, i.e. 37 pieces of air heat pumps,
3) integration of a new heat source with the existing hydraulic system,
4) installation of photovoltaic panels for the purpose of powering heat pumps,
5) The Contractor will prepare the notification documentation to the electricity supplier and report the connection of the photovoltaic panel installation to the power grid of the local distribution network operator.
6) training of users in the principles of proper operation of the installed heat pump along with the development of detailed operating instructions and their transmission to users,
The detailed scope of work to be performed by the Contractor of the contract is described in the PFU, which constitutes (Annex 1 to the SWZ) an integral part of the SWZ.
NOTE: In the PFU indicated the replacement of 35 pcs. pellet boilers, 10 pcs. condensing gas boilers and 37 pcs. heat pumps including 18 pcs. air heat pumps with photovoltaic installation and 19 pcs. ground source heat pumps with photovoltaic installation. The present proceedings involve the exchange of 37 units. air heat pumps with photovoltaic installations with parameters consistent with PFU provisions, but does not include the replacement of 35 pcs. pellet boilers, 10 pcs. condensing gas boilers, and 19 pcs. ground source heat pumps
