The subject of the contract is the execution of a construction design and industry technical designs for the needs of the construction of a photovoltaic installation: PV Bydgoszcz - Osowa Góra together with the accompanying infrastructure. A detailed description can be found in the SWZ and in the annexes.

The subject of the contract includes:

1) preparation of a list / list of studies included in the set of submitted project documentation,

2) obtaining a map for design purposes and a basic map,

3) execution of a construction project in accordance with the local spatial development plan and a study of conditions and directions of spatial development, a decision on development conditions / a decision on determining the location of a public purpose investment

(3 copies in paper version, 1 copy in electronic version), together with all arrangements and permits, including obtaining a legally valid building permit / acceptance of notification of construction works,

4) execution of technical industry designs with calculations (3 copies in paper version, 1 copy in electronic version), (design of the construction and construction industry, m.in. in the field of supporting structures of photovoltaic installations, fences and roads, design of the electrical industry, m.in. in the field of transformer station and LV installation, i.e. lighting, power supply of low-voltage systems, low-voltage industry projects m.in. fire alarm system - SSP, CCTV system, access control system – SKD, automation industry projects, m.in. in the field of photovoltaic system operation control, work monitoring system, etc.),

5) preparation of the investor's cost estimate (detailed and offer), bill of quantities - 3 copies in paper version and 1 copy in electronic version,

6) preparation of technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works - 3 copies in paper version

and 1 copy in electronic version,

7) execution of other studies necessary for implementation, such as a project of temporary traffic organization, inventory of greenery (along with obtaining a decision on felling trees / shrubs and indicating replacement plantings, project of construction of an access road, design solutions for collisions of utilities (e.g. with teletechnical, energy, heat, water supply, gas networks, with traffic control cables and others) and roads, geotechnical soil surveys, etc., with agreement in the opinion-giving bodies (e.g. ZDMiKP, Police, competent Department of the City of Bydgoszcz) in paper version in 2 copies and 1 copy in electronic version, attached to the construction project in the form of attachments,

8) preparation of a list of plots with a precinct map with the location of the photovoltaic installation - 1 copy in paper version and 1 copy in electronic version,

9) obtaining: conditions of connection to the power grid, decision on environmental conditions, including preparation of an information sheet / project characteristics, decision on development conditions, building permit, agreement of the authority issuing the conditions for connection to the power grid, decision on felling trees / shrubs and indication of replacement plantings, geotechnical opinion and other required documents necessary for the implementation of the task in accordance with the applicable regulations (e.g. Construction Law, Environmental Protection Law, etc.)

Electronic version means files in an editable version - dxf, .dwg, ath, word, excel, etc. and files in pdf format - scans from paper documentation with designers' signatures

and checkers. All non-editable files should be merged and their layout should correspond to the paper version of the documentation. The data carrier (CD/DVD) should be described with the full name of the task, the name of the design office / the name of the designer and the date of preparation.

The design, made by authorized designers and verifiers, must be agreed by KPEC Sp. z o. o. in Bydgoszcz confirmed by the KPEC reconciliation protocol.

The project must meet the requirements of the applicable Construction Law and the executive regulations that are related to it. The subject of the contract (complete documentation) should be delivered to the Investment Department of KPEC Sp. z o. o. together with the handover and acceptance protocol of the agreed project documentation constituting an attachment to the contract.
