- Evidence based requests for one to one support
- Provider quality dashboard reporting
- Expedites placements, delivering faster acute discharge and improving flow
- Enables a strong partnership to be developed with the provider
The contract will be for a period of 12 months with the option to extend for a further 12 months.
The value for the initial 12 month contract is £2,074,800. If the 12 month extension is utilised this will be £4,149,600.
