As directed by the Director of the Sport Ireland Institute, deliver support services to specified high performance sports in the following areas of Sports Nutrition: 1. Deliver strategic leadership of the Institute’s Sport’s Nutrition service including leading on the capital development programme for the Nutrition Department as part of the Institutes development plan 2. Manage the work of other sports nutritionists that may be contracted by the Institute to deliver services 3. Deliver sports nutrition clinics at the Sport Ireland Institute, Blanchardstown. 4. Deliver onsite sports nutrition support to nominated sports at training camps and competitions. 5. Collaborate with other consultants to deliver expert multi-disciplinary support services 6. Deliver other support services as agreed that fall within the competency of the consultant 7. As agreed, provide strategic leadership in cross-Institute / cross-discipline roles 8 Create and maintain records of service provision, including appointments, as instructed 9 Provide information and reports on service delivery as requested 10 Contribute to service development
