Full project management mission for the following operation:

The land on which this facility is planned to be built is located on cadastral plot no. 626 with a capacity of 3,996 m2.

The objective is to build an R+1 type building with a width that allows for a 5 m wide access for vehicles + pedestrians on both sides.

This building will house 5 major functional entities:

- Reception areas (theoretical surface area of 80 square metres)

- the city centre (theoretical area of 168 square metres) bringing together the management of the centre, the administrative areas, general medicine, school medicine and the dental centre (theoretical area envisaged of 91 square metres)

- Liberal medical areas (380 square meters of theoretical surface area envisaged)

- Common areas (118 square metres of theoretical surface area envisaged).
