The subject of the contract is the provision of Project Management services entitled: Construction of a network of bicycle routes of Western Pomerania - Route of the Western Lake District stage IX (section Czaplinek-Kołomąt, Borne Sulinowo - Krągi, Krągi - Szczecinek)

1. The service includes:

1) management and coordination of all activities related to the implementation of the Project;

2) performing investor supervision and control over the implementation of construction works in accordance with the Construction Law and concluded contracts for construction works;

3. Actions aimed at the timely execution of construction works;

4) documenting the progress of works;

5) fulfillment of reporting obligations agreed with the Project Manager

6) exercising copyright supervision in accordance with Article 20(4) of the Construction Law.

2. The scope of construction works includes:

1) Demolition and preparatory works;

2) felling of trees interfering with investment;

3) construction of a bicycle road;

4) reconstruction of existing exits;

5) reconstruction of existing culverts;

(6) road markings and vertical markings and the installation of road safety components;

7) construction of drainage boxes

8) securing the telecommunication network and the power grid;

9) making roadsides from aggregate;

10) construction of new sections of road ditches;

11) humming with sowing of the area in the road lane.

3. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Chapter C "Description of the subject of the contract" and "§ 9 Obligations of the Contractor Managing the Project" of the model contract.

4. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the employment of persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the Act.

5. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding similar contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) point 7 of the Act — Public Procurement Law.

1) The scope of services is set in the amount of up to PLN 14,600.00 net, with a scope consistent with the subject of the basic contract, consisting in the repetition of similar services.

3) Furthermore, to calculate gross remuneration of contracts referred to in point 7 of Article 214 (1) of the Law — Public Procurement Law Auxiliary Contracting Authority may apply the following formula:
