1. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Appendix No. 2 to the Specification of the Terms of the Order, hereinafter referred to as "swz".
3. The subject of the contract will be carried out on the terms set out in the proposed provisions of the contract constituting Appendices No. 4 to swz.
4. Delivery of the subject of the contract together with transport, unloading, installation and implementation will take place at the expense and risk of the Contractor.
