n. 2 Lots – Framework Agreement for the implementation of the ERTMS Peripheral Diagnostic System "MISTRAL"

Amount based on the tender € 4,943,207.30 net of VAT, of which € 24,417.40 for charges related to the implementation of security plans, not subject to reduction.

The services covered by this contract must be carried out in compliance with the provisions of the Technical Specifications referred to in Annexes n.3 and n. 4 to the Framework Agreement based on the tender

In this tender procedure, we will proceed pursuant to art. 133 paragraph 8 of Legislative Decree 50/2016

The award procedure is called pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2016 (Public Contracts Code) and Presidential Decree 207/2010 - limited to the rules still in force pursuant to art. 216 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 - for the part applicable to the so-called Special Sectors.

Lot 1 - Framework Agreement for the implementation of the ERTMS Peripheral Diagnostic System "MISTRAL" (sections referred to in Annex No. 8 - Lot 1)

Amount Euro 2,471,603.65 net of VAT of which € 12,208.70 for security charges and CIG 9453383A6E

Main service: Services for the development of applications related to the peripheral component of the system for the first 14 sections for € 1,573,422.41.

Secondary service: Supply of two servers and a system probes several accessory components on each of the 14 routes planned for € 898,181.24.
