NOTICE OF CORRECTION AND EXTENSION OF THE TERMS OF THE CALL FOR TENDERS FOR THE ASSIGNMENT OF THE COMPLETE MANAGEMENT OF THE "MONTI" AND "GIORGELLA" NURSERIES FOR 5 EDUCATIONAL YEARS THROUGH AN OPEN TELEMATIC PROCEDURE PURSUANT TO ART. 36 AND 60 OF D.LGS. 50/2016 ET SEQ. MM.II. OF COMMUNITY IMPORTANCE - CPV 85312000-9 - CUI S00880000153202200002 - CIG 9254223A66
In relation to the Call for Tenders published on the G.U.U.E. series GU 2022/S 112-315721 of 13/06/2022 and on the G.U.R.I. n. 70 of 17/06/2022, relating to the open Community procedure for the assignment of the complete management of the "Monti" and "Giorgella" nurseries for 5 educational years + 5 of possible renewal - CIG 9254223A66 - for the total amount based on auction of Euro 14,890,713.60 = plus VAT, we inform you that, with managerial determination no. 422 of 08/07/2022, the extension of the terms referred to in the aforementioned Call has been arranged, following the modification of the participation requirements provided for in Article 6.2 – point b of the tender specification.

In the tender specification, art. 6.2 "REQUIREMENTS OF ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL CAPACITY" in point b) the following textual tender requirement is reported:
"Minimum annual specific turnover in the sector of activity covered by the contract referring to the last three financial years available of € 4,000,000.00 excluding VAT";
With the modification made with DDD 422 of 8/7/2022, the requirement provided for by art. 6.2 – point b) of the specification from Euro 4,000,000.00 per year to Euro 700,000.00 per year, taking into account the annual amount of the contract equal to Euro 1,489,071.36 and the period of reduction of educational activities for reasons related to the spread of the SARSCOV2 virus characterizing, in particular, the years 2020 and 2021;
The terms indicated in the aforementioned Notice are extended and amended as follows:
"Deadline for receipt of tenders or requests to participate" instead of "Date: 15/07/2022 Local time: 17:00" read "Date: 30/07/2022 Local time: 17:00"
"How to open bids" instead of "Date: 18/07/2022 Local time: 09:00" read "Date: 01/08/2022 Local time: 09:00"

The above changes/corrections must also be considered to have been made in the relevant references in the Tender Specification and its annexes.
Any tenders already submitted prior to the notice of rectification and extension of the deadlines may be withdrawn and resubmitted according to the procedures guaranteed by the Sintel telematic system with which the tender procedure is managed, in order to allow maximum participation and par condicio of all competitors.
