1. Provision of services for the collection and management of municipal waste generated on the premises of inhabited and uninhabited properties on which municipal waste is generated in the Nędza Commune, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill,

2. Equipping inhabited properties and properties where there are no residents and municipal waste is generated in the Nędza Municipality with waste collection bags marked in accordance with the regulations

1.1 Provision of services for the collection and management of municipal waste generated on inhabited and uninhabited properties where municipal waste is generated in the Nędza Commune, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste and reduces the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469, as amended), the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Silesian Voivodeship, and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Nędza Municipality and the rules set out in the Resolution of the Commune Council on determining the detailed method and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste in exchange for a fee paid by the owner property municipal waste management fee.

1.2 Equipping inhabited real estate and properties on which residents do not live, and municipal waste is generated, in the Nędza Commune with bags for collecting waste marked in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Nędza Commune and with the rules set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of separate collection of selected fractions of waste (Journal of Laws item 906) and in accordance with the principles set out in Resolution of the Commune Council on determining the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste in exchange for a fee paid by the property owner for municipal waste management.
