SI is now tendering film services for the coming four-year term with the aim of signing framework agreements with suppliers who can offer in-demand services. The procurement covers the following two tendering areas.

Tender range 1 — Management of film already produced

Tender area 2 — Translation and subtitles of film

Tender area 1 concerns the management of film and filmed material already produced and is divided into two (2) categories:

Category 1 — The production of digital film copies, “DCP”

For digital film copies, these are produced and delivered on hard disk or other digital media from the usual file formats on the market, such as Quick Time Pro res. HD CAM SR, HD CAM or equivalent file format/storage media for full HD or better.

Category 2 — Preparation of film files (MPEG 4) and download of film files

The category concerns the production of film in MPEG 4 format with at least full HD and Dolby 5.1 containing selectable textures in numerous languages.

Tender range 2 consists of a (1) category:

Category 3 — Translation and subtitles of film

This category refers to already produced film to be translated from Swedish and English into numerous languages and subtitled for film.
