project management contract for studies and monitoring of the refurbishment of public spaces in the historic center of the city of Manosque (department 04)

the purpose of this Contract is to entrust to the Contractor, a complete project management mission from the Avp phase. With reference to the Public Order Code and in particular its book IV are therefore entrusted to the Contractor, the elements of the missions avp, pro, act, visa, det and AOR with establishment of forecast estimates of the works in the Pro phase. missions may be exercised in the fields of urban development and roads and various networks.Are also entrusted to the project manager the following additional missions: -OPC, - Assistance for consultation and information of the public-diag.- Preparation of the application file for special authorization of works included in the perimeter of a area of enhancement of architecture and heritage AVAP (cerfa no 14433*02). The public spaces to be built being broken down into 2 phases, each of which will be the subject of separate study documents (AVP and Pro) and consultations of companies and separate works contracts, the description of the services and their technical specifications as well as the scope of completion of the works are indicated in the Contract's Specifications of Special Technical Clauses (CCTP)
