Introduction:

Request for information (RFI) from the Ministry of Defense on behalf of the European Air Transport Command (EATC). This RFI is to question the market in order to identify suppliers who meet the requirements.

Introduction the European Air Transport Command (EATC)

The European Air Transport Command (EATC), located at Eindhoven air base/ NLD, is a consortium of Belgium, France, Germany, Luxemburg, Italy, Spain and The Netherlands. These nations join their efforts, aiming to optimize air transport and air-to-air refueling activities. The EATC will centrally plan and task their missions while the execution will remain a national responsibility. In addition, the partner nations agreed to procure state of the art IT tools that support related working processes.

Purpose of this Request for Information.

The purpose of this RFI is to inquire, in support of operations, for a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) or Military-Off-The-Shelf (MOTS) Aircraft load planning tool.
