This consultation concerns the: service contract relating to cleaning and maintenance services for municipal buildings in the city of Carrières-sur-Seine (78).

The regular services of this contract are remunerated by a global and fixed price fixed at the DPFG.

One-off services known as “on order form” are remunerated by unit prices fixed in the Unit Price Schedule (BPU) and allocated to the quantities actually executed.

Pursuant to Articles L. 2113-11, this contract is non-allotted on the grounds that the allotment would risk making it technically difficult to perform the services.

It is recalled that the holder has the obligation to take over staff.
