The object of the framework agreement and of the resulting subsequent contracts is the conclusion of so-called "market offer" contracts with a view to supplying electricity to the delivery points of the members of the order grouping. The electricity supply includes:

- access to the public electricity distribution network and its use under a single contract,

- the supply of electricity,

- the provision of associated services, detailed in the CCP.

Includes PDLs connected in LV with subscribed power less than or equal to 36 kVA and supplying public lighting points ("Blue public lighting").

Includes PDLs connected in LV with subscribed power less than or equal to 36 kVA and supplying delivery points for buildings and other uses (excluding public lighting).

Includes PDLs connected in LV with subscribed power greater than 36 kVA up to 250 kVA PDLs less than 36 kVA in LV are included in this lot (atypical exceptional).

Includes PDLs connected in MV with subscribed power greater than 36 kVA PDLs less than 36 kVA in MV are included in this lot (atypical exceptional).
