Drammen Municipality, c/o Language Services, would like to procure a system for the administration and procurement of interpreter services, as well as translation assignments. The language services will cover several disciplines within bilingual and multi-linguistic areas in addition to interpretation and translation. This means that, in addition to interpreters and translators, other persons are used for holding, for example, digital courses, post-education courses, etc. These assignments are aimed at other municipal, private, and government entities.

This means that there is a need for a system that allows adaptations, as there are large variations in the applicable hourly rates, etc. In addition there is a need for great flexibility for preparing the invoice basis for transfer to UBW (ERP system).

The offered system must be tailor-made for interpretation and translation services. The system must be ready developed for use, but the tenderer must have focus on development together with the contracting authority.
