The task includes preparing documentation and obtaining the final decision on the building permit, preparing the construction site, performing design works, construction and assembly works, carrying out the supply of equipment and materials, carrying out assembly, start-ups, adjustment and test moves to put the Installation into operation, preparing as-built documentation, conducting training, obtaining the final decision on the occupancy permit and warranty and service in warranty period.

5.5. Special conditions:

5.5.1. during the implementation of the investment, the Contractor is obliged to perform the necessary spacers and dismantlings, the expected list of which is presented in Table 4.2.1 and in Figure 4.2.1. PART II OF THE TERMS OF REFERENCE The detailed scope of spacers and demolition will be presented by the Contractor after the conclusion of the contract,

5.5.2. The Contractor shall ensure that the warranty period will commence on the date of signing the final acceptance protocol and will amount to 36 months for all equipment used at the facility, in addition, the warranty period will include 60 months for the construction and assembly works performed,

5.5.3. The Contractor shall provide declarations of manufacturers of spare parts and consumables about their availability for a period of at least 10 years after the warranty period, which will be purchased by the Ordering Party for a fee,

5.5.4. before the end of the warranty period, repeated Warranty Measurements will be carried out, confirming that the Guaranteed Parameters are maintained.
