1. The contracting authority authorized to conduct the procedure and select the most advantageous offer (lot 1, part 2 and part 3 of the contract) is the City of Darłowo. Orders will be awarded (signed by contracts for the supply of electricity) by the contracting authorities described in Chapter XVIII.
2. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2024. to 31.12.2024r. up to 928 consumption points (PPE) with a total estimated volume of 8 041.79 MWh. The contracting authority will award the contract in three lots.
3. Details of electricity consumption are described in Annex 1a/1b/1c to the SWZ List of consumption points.
4. PPE with Prosumer status was not investigated.
5. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to use Article 139(1) of the PPL.
Electricity supply to premises and facilities — other tariff groups1. Number of measuring systems accounting for consumed electricity 638 pcs.
2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1a to the SWZ.
3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract – 6 541.87 MWh.

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024, subject to the possibility of different dates (start and end) for individual PPE - details of delivery times for individual collection points are described
in Annex 1a to the SWZ, the column "Delivery period".
5. The current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect on the day prior to the planned commencement date (“Supply Period” column). The obligation to terminate contracts is on the side of the contracting (recipients).
6. The contracting authority, the Municipality of Świeszyno, at three consumption points: 590243853027019291, 590243853026878615, 590243853027616629 in the third quarter of 2023 plans to complete the investment consisting in the installation of PV installations with a capacity of 14 kWp each. The contracting authority for these PPEs will obtain the status of the Manufacturer. The planned amount of energy generated in each installation is approx. 12 MWh. The planned amount of electricity generated and not used, which will be intended for resale to the contractor, is approx. 0.5 MWh from each installation. The contracting authority envisages concluding a contract with the contractor whose offer will be selected for the resale and balancing of this energy, which will be valid throughout the delivery period. The contracting authority agrees to conclude a contract for the resale of energy on the model used by the contractor.
7. Contracting Authority Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej i Mieszkaniowej Spółka z o.o.
in Sławno has the status of a Manufacturer in the PPE 590243881018836855 facility. A PV installation with a capacity of 39.77 kWp is installed in the facility; planned amount of energy produced - 35 MWh per year; the planned amount of electricity intended for repurchase by the contractor during the term of the contract – approx. 2.5 MWh.
The contracting authority envisages concluding contracts with the contractor whose offer will be selected for the resale and balancing of unused energy generated in a micro-installation, which will be valid throughout the delivery period. The contracting authority agrees to conclude a contract for the resale of energy on the model used by the contractor.
Electricity supply to premises and facilities — tariff group B1. Number of measuring systems accounting for consumed electricity 5 pcs.
2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1b to the SWZ.
3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract – 647.47 MWh.
