Monetra Oulu Oy Procurement Services solicits your offer to its customers involved in the acquisition (hereinafter the subscribers) in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes.
The acquisition is divided into three subdivisions:
1) Tank supplies of liquid fuels
2) Fuel purchases with payment cards from distribution stations
3) HVO Renewable Fuel Tank Supplies
The bidder may submit a bid in either one or more areas.
Not all customers are included for all groups, the conditions mentioned in the group descriptions.
The acquisition is carried out as a joint purchase, where the content and the whole of the acquisition are based on the needs of the subscribers and the objectives of achieving price and process savings through volume.
The fuel quantities presented in the invitation to tender are estimates based on the consumption volumes of previous years and have been given to tenderers only in support of the bid. Subscribers make their purchases according to their needs and do not commit to any quantities of liters.
The products and service offered must meet the requirements of the European Union
Directly Binding Acts, Finnish Laws and Regulations and Public Authorities
regulations issued by.
The contract period shall enter into force as soon as it is signed by both parties.
Fuel tank deliveriesIn Group 1, we solicit your offer to our customers involved in the procurement for liquid fuel tank deliveries in accordance with this RFQ and its annexes.
Offers that meet the terms and product requirements of the RFQ are selected
the most economically advantageous option, criterion price.

The procurement will be reservoir supplies for heating and machine-use:
-Light fuel oil /summer and winter quality
-Diesel /summer and winter quality
-Motor fuel oil/summer and winter quality
The entities involved in the joint procurement may so choose to use renewable fuel oil and be agreed separately with the selected supplier.
The division of GROUP 1 is not justified in terms of overall economic affordability. Sharing would cause dispersion and different practices of ordering, shipping, logistics and billing processes, increasing process costs at the customer and contract supplier.
Fuel refueling with payment cards from distribution stationsIn Group 2, we solicit your offer to our customers involved in the acquisition for fuels sourced by payment cards from distribution stations in accordance with this RFQ and its annexes.
According to bid comparison, the supplier with the highest score is selected for the participating localities where the bidder has declared its distribution point to be located.
If the location of the Subscriber does not have the first supplier's distribution point, the supplier who received the next highest points in the offer comparison is selected, whose distribution point is located in the subscriber's locality, etc.
In the event that any of the municipalities mentioned is completely unbidded, the municipalities or entities operating within their area of influence are not obliged to refuel vehicles in other areas.

The entities involved in the joint procurement may so choose to use renewable fuel oil and be agreed separately with the selected supplier. The subscriber independently decides whether to enable the option and to what extent.
