The contract concerns the long-term rental of n. 70 cars without drivers, of new production and registration, in the five-year period 2019-2024, for at least 60 consecutive months starting from the delivery date and actual start of the rental of each vehicle, with a six-month extension option.

The contract concerns the long-term rental of n. 70 cars without driver, newly produced and registered, brought back to n. 8 different types (groups), having the characteristics prescribed in the Technical Specifications and including the accessory services specified therein, in the five-year period 2019-2024, for at least 60 consecutive months starting from the delivery date and actual start of the rental of each vehicle, with option to six-month extension. Split delivery is allowed, which can take place for groups of vehicles, at different times, within the terms established for each group, as specified in the Technical Specifications. Due to the aforementioned faculty of fractional delivery granted to the supplier, so that the contract has a single and coincidental expiry date for all the n. 70 hired vehicles, it is established that this single deadline is reached after 60 months from the most advanced actual delivery in time, among those referred to the requested vehicles. Consequently, for some vehicles the rental period may exceed 60 months, even for fractions of a month, without prejudice to the possible extension of the contract. The amount of the tender based on the definite minimum duration of 60 months amounts to EUR 1 896 000 after VAT. The value of the contract includes the six-month extension option and amounts to EUR 2 085 600.
