GIEK wants to establish contracts with suppliers who can offer and perform brokerage services related to the sale of ships, as well as provide advice and analysis within the specified markets pursuant to our business. Beyond this, it is desirable, but not a requirement, that the tenderers can act as a broker when selling loans in the second-hand market.

The contracting authority intends to enter into parallel framework agreement with up to four tenderers, provided that there are a sufficient number of tenderers and suitable offers.
