The consultation will result in a subsequent multi-award framework agreement. This procedure takes place in two stages:
- 1st time. The purpose of the framework agreement is to select several economic operators, by concluding a contract, the terms of which are not all fixed at this stage. The selected economic operators, known as successful tenderers, become the exclusive service providers of the contracting authority during the term of the framework agreement.
- 2nd time. Successful tenderers shall be consulted for the conclusion of subsequent contracts awarded on the basis of the framework agreement. These subsequent contracts set the contractual terms, particularly when needs arise. These consultations will make it possible to select, from among the successful candidates of the framework agreement, the holder of a subsequent contract.
