The subject of the contract is the winter maintenance of roads, sidewalks, passages, squares and parking lots in the Boguszów-Gorce commune.
The subject of the contract is the winter maintenance of roads, sidewalks, passages, squares and parking lots in the Boguszów-Gorce commune. The subject of the contract has been divided into two tasks:
Task 1: Winter road maintenance
As part of the task, the Contractor undertakes to:
- snow removal with a patrol system of roads according to the standards of their winter maintenance,
- the control of ice and winter slipperiness with the use of chemical agents (NaCl or CaCl2, MgCl2 brines) and a roughing material in the form of sand,
- collecting and transporting residual snow to the destination for a distance of up to 10 km (place indicated by the Contractor in consultation with the Ordering Party),
- ensuring an adequate amount of sand and salt (material, transport, storage and storage) necessary to carry out the winter action,
- after the end of the winter road maintenance period - a minimum of one-time two-sided mechanical and manual cleaning of sand from the streets and one-time cleaning of rainwater drainage drains, along with ensuring the removal of the resulting waste for disposal,
- perform other activities that prove necessary for the proper provision of the service, including ensuring road safety.
In the winter period, if there are weather conditions qualifying for summer road maintenance, the Contractor will perform activities related to summer road maintenance, with the rate of remuneration unchanged. A detailed description of the subject of the contract in the field of winter road maintenance along with the list of streets, their lengths and the standard and order of snow removal as well as places from which snow should be removed is presented in Annex 1 to the contract.
Task No. 2: Winter maintenance of sidewalks, passages, squares and parking lots:
As part of the task, the Contractor undertakes to:
- snow removal with a patrol system of paved sidewalks, passages, squares and parking lots according to the standards of their winter maintenance,
- the control of ice and winter slipperiness with the use of chemical agents (NaCl or CaCl2, MgCl2 brines) and a roughing material in the form of sand,
- collecting and transporting residual snow to the destination for a distance of up to 10 km (place indicated by the Contractor in agreement with the Ordering Party),
- ensuring an adequate amount of sand and salt (material, transport, storage and storage) necessary to carry out the winter action,
- perform other activities that prove necessary for the proper provision of the service, including ensuring road safety,
- ongoing emptying of street bins and containers for dog droppings and disposal of waste collected as a result of the order, for disposal.
In winter, if there are weather conditions qualifying for the summer maintenance of paved sidewalks, passages, squares and parking lots, the Contractor will perform activities related to their summer maintenance by mechanical or manual sweeping, with the rate of remuneration unchanged. A detailed description of the subject of the contract in the field of winter maintenance of sidewalks, passages, squares and parking lots together with a list of sidewalks, passages, squares and parking lots, their lengths and area, as well as the standard and order of snow removal as well as places from which snow should be removed is presented in Annex 2 to the contract.
The subject of the contract specified in this paragraph will be implemented during the contractual period in a technologically differentiated manner depending on the weather conditions.
