The awarding authority would like tenders for the provisin of the service environmental inspection of landfill sites in Agder.

The service includes collecting/sample taking, analysis, evaluation and reporting of water samples from 10 active landfill sites and 12 discontinued landfill sites in Vest-Agder and Aust-Agder counties. See piont 1.4 as well as part 2. The quarterly reports for individual landfill sites, annual reports to the county governor and in some cases to KLIF based on the analyses are also included.

The work, including sample taking and analyses shall be in accordance with KLIF's guidelines TA 2077/2005 (or later editions) and Norwegian Standard (or another international standard if it exists), as well as the regulations on recycling and treating waste, chapter 9 disposal of waste, annex III.

Personnel and laboratories used for environmental analyses shall be accredited for the assignment described in this tender competition. Furthermore, it is important that the sample taking methods are adapted to different types of samples that are taken, as well as taking the parameters that shall be analysed into consideration.
