The material scope includes:
Extension of the existing GIS class IT system, dedicated to the water supply and sewage company, which is the Bieliny Commune, by the area of the Napęków agglomeration.
The development of the GIS system will include at least the following tasks:
• Delivery of software license extension supporting the GIS system of the Bieliny Commune.
• Development and supplementation of a database on network assets and water and sewage management facilities in the Napęki agglomeration.
• Execution of the sewage network inventory and creation of a GIS database.

Part 2. Modernization of water supply facilities along with the delivery and installation of measuring points and implementation of water supply and sewage network management systems (SCADA) in the Napęków agglomeration as part of thePart 2. Modernization of water supply facilities along with the delivery and installation of measuring points and implementation of water supply and sewage network management systems (SCADA) in the Napęków agglomeration as part of the project: Ordering water and sewage management in the buffer zone of the Cisowsko-Orłowiński Landscape Park in the Bieliny and Łagów communes.
The order includes:
1) delivery, assembly and commissioning of a hydrophore set with a control system and a flow meter as well as a supply and telemetry cabinet, monitoring and visualization of the Water Treatment Plant with a drinking water expansion tank and a water intake in Belno, which include:
a) Conducting a pump audit (audit measurements) of the Water Treatment Plant consisting of, m.in. measuring the work, energy consumption for the facility, determining the actual operating point of the system, i.e. the highest efficiency and optimal energy consumption, which will clarify the selection of the new solution ensuring proper operation of the water supply network with the lowest possible kW energy consumption per m3 of water
b) Delivery, installation of a new hydrophore set with a control cabinet and frequency converters for each pump and flow meter as well as a supply and telemetry cabinet after dismantling the existing hydrophore set together with fittings and control system as well as power and distribution cabinet
c) Purchase, delivery and installation of the necessary equipment for monitoring and visualization of the Water Treatment Plant with a drinking water expansion tank and a water intake consisting of two deep wells along with the inclusion of facilities into the existing monitoring and visualization system (SCADA)
2) delivery, assembly and commissioning of a hydrophore set with a control system and flow meter, as well as monitoring and visualization of the P-2 water pumping station in Lechów, which include:
a) Conducting a pump audit (audit measurements) of the facility consisting of, m.in measuring the work, energy consumption for the facility, determining the actual operating point of the system, i.e. the highest efficiency and optimal energy consumption, which will clarify the selection of a new solution ensuring proper operation of the water supply network with the lowest possible kW energy consumption per m3 of water
b) Delivery, installation of a new hydrophore set with control cabinet and frequency converters for each pump and flow meter after dismantling the existing hydrophore set together with fittings and control system
c) Purchase, delivery and installation of the necessary equipment for monitoring and visualization of the expansion tank and hydrophore set, including the facility in the existing monitoring and visualization system (SCADA)
3) development of the concept of dividing agglomerations into water distribution zones (DMA) along with the implementation of the water supply network management system using the existing SCADA system and delivery, assembly, commissioning and inclusion of measuring stations in the SCADA system
4) implementation of a monitoring and visualization system for 8 sewage compressor stations and 6 sewage pumping stations located in the Napęki agglomeration, including inclusion in the existing SCADA system.
