The object of the contract is the joint award pursuant to art. 59 paragraph 1bis of Legislative Decree 50/16 and art. 48 of DL 77/2021 conv. in Law 108/2021 of the final / executive design including complementary technical services and the realization of the expansion works of the Vespucci school - via Valvassori Peroni 10, Milan, in accordance with MITE Decree no. 256/2022 bearing the CAM - financed by NextGenerationEU Mission 4 component 1 inv. 3.3 of the PNRR – CUP:I45H18000560001 - CUI L08911820960201900034 – CIG 99008507E2, as better described in the procurement documents.
