Nordhordland Utviklingsselskap IKS would like to join up with competence in project management for the entire process from start to completed building. The project management shall manage the project and all the accompanying processes as regards time, finances, quality, and the procurement of all the necessary services for completing the project.

The project will be carried out as a turnkey contract.

The current project status is:

— a site for the development has been chosen;

— the review project with an impact assessment, interested parties analysis and an assessment of various solutions and models for joint location have been carried out;

— tentative tenants are identified and a dialogue has been established;

— a tentative area need has been obtained;

— a sketch for the project organisation has been prepared.

The total length of the project is estimated to 4 years, with estimated completion in 2018.
