The existing sports home, which can no longer be used in a contemporary way, is to be replaced by a new building in a new construction site. The replacement building will be located almost outside the flood plain (HQ100) near the previous sports home. The building is to be used jointly by the clubs SG Fußball and SG Tennis and at the same time represent a new meeting place for the municipality of Baienfurt. The two associations with active youth work, which have a large number of members, plan to use the building together. Furthermore, a meeting room is provided for the gymnastics club. The new sports home is to be placed between the sports fields of SG Football and SG Tennis and thus become the centre of the surrounding sports landscape. The measure has a gross floor area of approx. 1,395 m².
The expected gross construction costs (KGR 300 and 400) amount to approx. 3,570,000 million euros.
1. Object and aim of the procedure:
Allocation of services for structural design according to HOAI 2021 Part 4 Section 1,
Work phases 4 to 6 as well as 8 according to § 49 ff. HOAI. Work phases 1 - 3 were created by a third party.
2. Procedure:
The VgV procedure is divided into 2 stages: In the 1st stage, engineering firms are selected to participate in the negotiation talks on the basis of the selection criteria listed in the application for participation. For this purpose, required exclusion, selection and eligibility criteria must be met and proven (see Section III.1 and participation documents). The bidders selected for the 2nd stage will be invited to participate in the bidding discussions. In this meeting, all bidders are allowed to introduce themselves personally to the client. The bidders invited for the 2nd phase will receive the design plan approved by the client for induction. The contract will be awarded to the bid which, after evaluation of the award criteria (see section II.2.5 and tender documents), can achieve the highest number of points overall.
3. Order:
The contract is awarded depending on the project approval by the municipal council of the municipality of Baienfurt within the framework of call-off contracts. The contractor is obliged to take over the service up to and including service phase 8 HOAI if the project comes to fruition. The client
intends to commission the services in stages and sections. There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of all performance levels.
