1) Information on the construction project

- general description:

As part of the small building measure energy optimization on the property of the Robert Koch Institute in Seestr. 10 in Berlin-Wedding, the technical systems are to be optimized in terms of energy. The following measures should be implemented:

1) photovoltaic system on the roof surface of house 5;

2) photovoltaic system on the roof surface of house 6;

3) Hydraulic integration of the CHP;

4) Integration of the buffer storage 6 O C / 12 O C;

5) Integration of the buffer memory 14 O C / 18 O C;

6) Optimization of the cooling water network;

7) optimization of the hybrid cooler control;

8) Adaptation of the visualization of systems in the BMS.
