The Communauté D'Agglomération De Bastia is carrying out a consultation with a view to underwriting the insurance contracts which make up the entire market divided into 2 lots. This consultation is launched in the form of an open call for tenders pursuant to Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. The contract is reserved for insurance companies and persons authorised to present insurance transactions pursuant to Articles L.310-1 et seq., L.500, L.500-1 and L.511-1 et seq. of the Insurance Code or equivalent for European candidates
