Part 1: Service of delivering invoices and other correspondence to Customers of PGE Obrót S.A. for cities

with assigned postal codes, in particular:

a) accepting parcels from the entity providing the printing service indicated by the Ordering Party and hereinafter referred to as the Printing House,

(b) the delivery of domestic mail to their addressees,

c) handling shipment returns,

d) exchange of information with the Printing House on the status of shipments, returns and complaints in electronic form,

e) handling complaints submitted electronically regarding correspondence delivered to Customers,

f) preparing and making available reports to the Ordering Party.

Part 2: Service of delivering invoices and other correspondence to Customers of PGE Obrót S.A., excluding localities with assigned postal codes, in particular:

a) accepting parcels from the entity providing the printing service indicated by the Ordering Party and hereinafter referred to as the Printing House,

b) delivery of domestic and foreign mail to addressees,

c) handling of PR returns
