The purpose of this tender is to contract one company to provide a standard tested and/or proven ICT solution (based on Software-as-a-Service) for the recruitment and selection process (applicant tracking system) and related services, taking into account the requirements as included in the Agreement and in the Procurement Guideline, which offers the possibility to respond to future developments. A tool for recruiting and selecting candidates, controlled via the workflow of vacancy flows (vacancy-driven process) including associated dashboards and management information. This together forms the Solution. This Solution must connect with the AFAS system. The AFAS system houses all personnel, payroll, Finance and Purchasing processes.
