This tender guide has been drawn up for the purpose of the tender for the management of information and communication technology of the Environmental Service NZKG. This is a European public tender that is awarded on the EMVI award criterion BPKV. In general, the service consists of: i) User support / Service desk, ii) Infrastructure Management, iii) Infrastructure Monitoring, iv) Service Management, v) Projects / Consultancy. The Environmental Service NZKG intends to conclude an agreement for the duration of three (3) years with the possibility to unilaterally extend it by two (2) times two (2) years under the same conditions. With regard to the scope of the Assignment, the (indicative) value for the Assignment is € 450,000 per year (in words: four hundred and fifty thousand euros). This estimate is based on historical figures and excludes the individual larger projects / consultancy assignments (approx. € 50,000.00 per year). In view of political, economic, budgetary, administrative or organizational developments and the related contraction or growth of the OD NZKG, or the position of the OD NZKG within the government or the targets, it is possible that the size of the service and / or the number of participants of the Agreement (s), change.
