1. The subject of the contract is the supply and bringing of materials for continuous renal therapy in the assortment and quantities specified in Annex 1 to IDW - Assortment and quantity form.

2. The offered subject of the order must meet the requirements of the Ordering Party listed in the Assortment and Quantity Form, be brand new and ready for use as intended without making additional purchases.

3. The offered object of the contract must be authorised for marketing and use as a medical device (only medical devices).

4. As part of the execution of the contract, the contractor is obliged to carry out the accompanying services (e.g. transport, transport, transport, loading, unloading, etc.) necessary for the proper execution of the order.
