Ringerike Municipality needs a project manager and valuation personnel for general valuations for property tax.

The municipality last carried out general valuations in 2008, and has, since 2009, issued property tax for residences, holiday, and commercial properties in the entire municipality.

The valuations must be completed by the end of 2022.

The valuations will be valid from 2023. Ringerike Municipality will use the Norwegian Tax Administration's assets basis as the valuation for residential properties.
