The services of the contractor (AN) include the object planning

Engineering buildings acc. Part 3 Section 3 HOAI 2013, Parts of the LPH. 2-9, acc. § 43 HOAI 2013, supplemented by special services, in particular:

- checking ancillary offers,

- Local construction supervision ,,

- checking and documenting supplements,

- Remedy of defects during the limitation period.

Pursuant to Appendix 12.2 of the engineering works list of buildings, the measure is assigned to the fee zone II for drainage and the fee zone III for the area of the aircraft catch facilities.

Traffic facilities acc. Part 3 Section 4 HOAI 2013 Parts of Lph. 2-9, acc. § 46 HOAI 2013, supplemented by special services, in particular:

- checking ancillary offers,

- local construction supervision,

- checking and documenting supplements,

- Remedy of defects during the limitation period.

In accordance with Appendix 13.2 of the Object List Traffic Facilities, the measure is assigned to the fee zone IV.
