Rhineland-Palatinate Tourism GmbH (RPT) is the tourist management and marketing organization for the state of Rhineland-Palatinate. The tourism strategy 2025 determines the tourist destination in Rhineland-Palatinate. As a partner of the tourism strategy 2025, RPT takes on important tasks for tourism development in the country and is the interface between tourism policy and tourism industry.
As part of the digitization offensive, Rheinland-Pfalz Tourismus GmbH, in coordination with the partners of the Rhineland-Palatinate Tourism Strategy 2025 and in cooperation with the digital managers at regional level, would like to level the different levels of knowledge on relevant tourism B2B topics for Rhineland-Palatinate and thus the level of knowledge of the tourism players primarily in the field of digitization, but also on other tourism-relevant topics such as marketing and Continuously increase sustainability until 2025. The aim of this award is to commission service providers with the implementation of the e-learning platform Rhineland-Palatinate Tourism as well as the content creation of learning content.
The services to be provided in the context of the award of the contract are defined in Appendix 5 Specifications with Price Sheet (note individual spreadsheets by lot). Additional information can be found in the concept paper (Appendix 7).
Lernplattform / Lernmanagement System (LMS)Lot 1 covers the deployment and operation of a Learning Management System (LMS). The learning platform E-Learning Rhineland-Palatinate Tourism gives the tourism actors in the state the opportunity to continue their education flexibly according to their respective needs.
Content / Learning content in general and not state-specificLot 2 includes the provision of e-learning units on the topics of digitization, marketing, sustainability, etc. for the transfer of tourism knowledge. For this purpose, the content for the learning content can be newly produced or offered licensed. A visual adaptation of the learning units with regard to the design guideline is required. At least 60 learning units are commissioned.

This content for the learning content is to be reproduced. A design guideline for learning content must be developed in this context. At least 20 learning units are commissioned.
